With EMS’ extensive industry experience in liquid and gas facilities control, we provide an integrated service customized to meet our customers’ needs. Utilizing SCADA applications and customer-defined operational parameters, EMS provides full systems installation and maintenance, pipeline operations, One Call notifications, field service call-outs, well monitoring, and emergency shutdown procedures that enable efficient control of our customers’ operations.
EMS provides its customers with a one-stop source for the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of production and transmission measurement systems.
In addition to the Measurement and Automation services, EMS also supplies its customers with the equipment necessary to measure, monitor, and optimize production for their assets.EMS also maintains a fully stocked inventory with measurement, electrical, and specialty parts ranging from small instrument fittings, to complete EFM units, all ready for pick-up or direct delivery to our customers’ field locations.
Coupled with the field installation and maintenance of these systems, EMS has the only independent Pipeline Operations Control Center in the United States. Data from the sensors installed at a wellhead or along a pipeline (valves, volume controls, etc.) are transmitted to the EMS Control Center in Houston where skilled operators continually monitor and manage the systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Control Center is fully supported by a military-grade, secure back-up location, providing protection against downtime during weather emergencies. The same operators perform One Call support services which are a critical requirement for pipeline owners and operators to remain compliant with DOT regulations
EMS’ Measurement and Automation group provides a full menu of production service offerings allowing its customers measurement, calibration, and production monitoring, thus reducing operating costs and increasing profitability.
