EMS USA, Inc. Expanding to Barnett, Fort Worth and Haynesville Basins

Houston, Texas – EMS USA, Inc. (“EMS”) is expanding its operations into Barnett, Fort Worth, and Haynesville Shale Basins and will provide pipeline and facility maintenance, integrity, measurement and automation, and construction services to better serve existing customers and to grow its operations into new areas. EMS has hired key industry veterans capable of building EMS’ business opportunities and the requisite service resources. EMS is in the process of setting up a location to serve Northern Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Alex Buehler, President and CEO, said, “I am excited about the opportunity to further expand EMS’ footprint into other shale basins in the United States. This new operations base, together with the recent Marcellus and Utica base, increases EMS’ geographic footprint. Our team is positioned to increase EMS’ service level to existing customers and to develop new opportunities in the region. I look forward to realizing the benefit of this new operation, as well as the Marcellus and Utica expansion, and to continue EMS’ growth to meet our customers’ needs.”
